(Julia is hiding under a rock)
Johnathon Huxworthy: Hey Julia, why are you hiding under that rock?
Julia: Shhh! The sun might hear me!
Johnathon Huxworthy: Which sun?
Julia: The big bright one that shoots those rays of light at my face! That guy is so mean!
Johnathon Huxworthy: You know, Julia, if you wore a hat from Odin Shops you wouldn’t have to be afraid of the sun and get out from under that rock.
Julia: Wow… I never thought of that.
Johnathon Huxworthy: Obviously…
Julia: You know what else is kinda hot?
Johnathon Huxworthy: I haven’t the slightest —
Julia: You.
Johnathon Huxworthy: Oh… Kay…
Julia: I think there’s space underneath this rock for both of us.
Johnathon Huxworthy: Yeah, you see, I’m not into girls who hide under rocks. See ya.
Julia: I feel so alone.
Sun: Hey Julia, I can keep you company.

Q: What is black and white and red?
A: A sunburned zebra.
Q: Why did the sun go to school?
A: It wanted to be brighter.
I was a salesman and always wore a shirt and tie which made me stand out in Key West. Tourists would walk up to me and ask me what to do at night. I would tell them that people gather at “Mallory Square” to watch the sunset. There are street performers and very interesting sights but most go there just to watch the sunset.
They would reply, “How often is that?”
I was working in the sun all day, putting finishing touches on the new deck outside my house. My sister pulled into the driveway, greeted me, and looked over my work.
“Wow,” she gushed, “you’re an expert.”
Feeling complimented and satisfied, but…trying not to seem egotistical, I responded… “Once you get going, it’s pretty easy!”
She looked puzzled and wondering if I’d misunderstood her I asked, “What did you just say?”
She replied, “I said, your neck’s burnt!”
Q: What kind of suntan lotion do rabbits wear?
A: Hoppertone.
Q: Why do chickens stay out of the sun?
A: To avoid getting fried.
Q: What did the boy say when he saw his dog lying in the sun?
A: “Hot dog!”
“That sun is bright today”
