I like to Mix 1 cup flax seeds, 1cup milk, 1 pound plums with seed removed, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup powdered cocoa, and 30- 40 raisins in a blender adding water as needed to make it into a liquid. Begin drinking 4 to 5 hours before test. Must finish at least 3 hours prior to test. You can add sugar or flavorings such as vanilla extract to make it taste better. It will not affect mixture. If mixture begins to seperate just pop it back into the blender for a few seconds. Some seperation is natural. This works.
