If the truth is “we have no clue how long this will take”, then that’s what you tell them. We are all still waiting, and all we get from you guys is “working on it, soon”. Well of course you are working on it, you’d be idiots if you didn’t. It’s not an answer unless you’re a politician. That’s not how you treat people who depend on your service. You give them an ETA and you offer them compensation.
