“Cindy,” said the teacher, “i’d like you to come up to the map and point out Cuba.”

Mary went to the front of the room and pointed to Cuba on the map.

“Very good,” said the teacher.  “Now tell me who discovered Cuba.”

“I did,” said Mary.
